Cancellation Policy

General Principle

Our cancellation charges reflect the fact that a specific vehicle and professional chauffeur are reserved exclusively for your booking. Once allocated, we are unable to accept alternative work for that time.

Standard Bookings

We provide a customer-friendly policy for regular transfers and business travel.

• Customers are able to cancel their booking free of charge up until 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may incur a full journey charge.

Wedding & Special Event Bookings

Due to the nature of event-based reservations and advance scheduling commitments, different terms apply:

• More than 1 month’s notice: The booking deposit is non-refundable.
• Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the total hire cost will be charged.

Deposits are taken to secure the vehicle and chauffeur for your exclusive use and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

No Show Policy

A booking will be classified as a “No Show” if:

• The passenger fails to meet the chauffeur at the agreed location; and
• No contact is made with the Company or chauffeur within the complimentary waiting time included with the booking.

In such circumstances, 100% of the journey price is payable.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is due, we aim to return funds to you as quickly as possible:

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
• The typical timeframe for processing is 5–10 working days.

Exceptional Circumstances

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to waive or reduce cancellation charges in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations beyond passenger control).

Any such waiver must be confirmed by the Company in writing.
