How does the meet and greet work?
Your chauffeur parks up and waits inside the arrivals hall holding a name board. They will help with your luggage and walk you to the car, so there is no need to find a pickup point or wait at the kerb.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically and adjust the pickup time to match your actual landing. You also have 60 minutes of free wait time after landing, so short delays are covered at no extra cost.
Which Manchester Airport terminals do you cover?
All of them. We collect from and drop off at Terminals 1, 2 and 3, as well as the private aviation terminal on request.
How much luggage can I bring?
Business Class (E-Class) and First Class (S-Class) each carry up to 3 people, with room for carry-on bags plus standard large suitcases. For larger groups or extra luggage, the Business Van (V-Class) seats up to 6 people and holds far more, up to 6 standard checked cases or 12 carry-on. If you are unsure, choose the larger class to be safe.
Can I book a return airport transfer?
Yes. Many clients book both legs at once for a seamless outbound and inbound journey. Just add your return details when you request a quote.
