Delete Your GMH Account
To request deletion of your GMH Rides account and associated data:
- Open the GMH Rides app
- Go to Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Or email us at: info@gmhire.co.uk with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
What we delete
- Account credentials (email, password)
- Profile information (name, phone, profile photo)
- Saved favorite locations
- Chat messages
- FCM device tokens
What we retain (per legal/tax obligations)
- Past booking invoices and payment records: 7 years (UK tax law)
- Fraud prevention logs: 3 years
Timeline
Account deletion is processed within 30 days of request.
